Nope, the good thing is that there is an existing tenant who is set for 2 more years. He or I can term lease with 6 mo notice.

This is old news…
As someone who sold one or more properties since this came about, what happens is that there is simply more negotiating now. At the end of the day, one wants to net out the most money so one takes into consideration say Party A’s offer that is at X but at what commission level vs Party B’s offer that is lower but commission is perhaps lower too.

Thanks for the heads up, looks like I missed the date on that one. Totally agree though, it’s all about the net now. Offers, commissions, everything is on the table in negotiations.
