Or more oil will be used for building charging stations, charging EVs and making/ replacing batteries. EV manufacturers would face increased competition and higher cost of manufacture.
Put your money into auto repair and auto parts stores. People will be keeping their only ICE cars forever.

With stocks are going down now, his company gets loss as per 2017 tax rules. If he sells highly profitable companies (with his own criteria like 25 times) and book the profit, he does not pay any dime as tax and gets bulk load of cash which he can use to buy at dip !
