Die during sleep is a classical example of wasted life. You could have lived many more years if you had your medical condition checked and tried the best to treat.
We need to have a monitor invented to dial 911 automatically when a sleeping person is at risk. Maybe a smart bed or smart mattress, I don’t like to wear a monitor, just build the monitor into the mattress or bed.
Quality not quantity. Einstein turned down emergency surgery at 76, prefering death with dignity…The closer I get to death the less I fear it…The great thing about being old is there is no fear of dying young. At 64 I have outlived 99% of most humans throughout history…In 1940 even life expectancy was less than my age…
One issue I understand that we do not know cause of death and the source of illness as medical records are strictly private. I used smell lot of medicine smells at those homes which is tough to get rid off. If it is some contagious disease…etc, we do not the impact later. This is the scary part as medical records are strictly private.
Buyer disclosed to us someone died in the house before they bought it so a few years prior, due to natural causes, they didn’t need to disclose but did anyway and had no impact on our offer or ability to move the house.
Most sleeping deaths happen at 4am. And most of the sleeping deaths happen to people who have no serious illness. I think it’s worthwhile to invent a medically effective bed or mattress to save more poeple who voluntarily choose to live than die.
