Quality of labor from outsourcing firms are inconsistent. Having said that ain’t the bulk of H1Bs are from these firms? Do this mean less H1Bs coming? Sell RE?
I’m pretty sure the limit is still being handed out. It’s shifting from low-paying firms to the top tech companies. That’s bullish.
