I can’t handle all the alligators and snakes wondering around Florida. Also, so many are HOA.

I considered Tampa and Orlando earlier this year. Later I concluded I will buy REIT for income and continue to buy cashflow-poor properties around Bay Area. Alligators and snakes are fine, we are not living there anyway.
