Could be the case. South Bay is full of smart people and they might have better understanding about No on Prop 10. Also they are online all day long and information travels to them faster.

I also think the prices are pretty high. Sellers have adjusted their expectations up and up and up. And now the buyers are finding it too high for them. Have to wait until 20 days to make a lower offer.

My only explanation is RMB vs USD - 8% down since April. Donât really see how, though, given chinese buyers were already paying cash, and for way more than 10%.

RBA is too expensive for garden variety investors from mainland China. They are not really a factor.
