Ban is not targeted vs iPhone, all foreign brand devices, have been talking for years.
Sale to government officials is 500k out of 45 million of sale to Chinese consumers⌠1.1%
So far, feel like a FUD.
Ofc they do. Very subtle that you are not aware.
Huawei tried that once (may be twice, canât recall), didnât work. Chinese still buy iPhones.
Central ministries and agencies have restricted the use of foreign-brand products in official business since around 2020.
The company has restricted the use of iPhones as a ârecommendationâ for the past three years, and the majority of employees do not use them for work, according to the employee, although many have iPhones for personal use.
A central government official said, "Many of my colleagues now have two phones: a Huawei for work and an iPhone for personal use. "
According to Joseph, FCF yield (hence P/FCF) for AAPL is higher (lower) than GOOG. Is what I got too. Is why I think Kris and some influencers donât know how to do fundamental analysis.
I donât trust a person who canât get details correct.
Which company has ticker APPL?
Only two companies in the stock market? Only two choices? What is Kris smoking?
Since GOOG IPO in 2004, I have heard and repeated often that GOOG is a better investment than AAPL⌠in 2004, market cap of GOOG is higher than AAPL⌠today, market cap of AAPL is ~$2.81T and GOOG $1.72T⌠many people still think GOOG is a better investment??? May be finally true? For the next 1-2 years?

Kris arbitrarily started the comparison of operating income from 2013 (GOOG IPO in 2004!). He also conveniently ignore the fact that Gross Profit of AAPL and GOOG are pretty close. It means operating expenses of GOOG is high⌠so instead of saying GOOG is currently very badly managed, he twisted to mean GOOG is catching up with AAPLâs operational efficiency⌠letâs whether GOOG is able to improve efficiency going forward.
Wondering Aloud:
Why is Kris so keen on comparing AAPL vs GOOG so publicly?
âŚiOS, on the other hand, holds a global market share of 28.52%, as of August 2023. The iOS mobile operating system is highly popular in the Oceania region, with a 55.66% market share. This is followed by the North America with a market share of 54.32%. .
Plenty of room to expand market share. Apple doesnât need current iPhone users to replace their iPhone often⌠in fact, many replace every 4-6 years⌠Apple wants to convert Android users gradually over. Android users donât need to replace their Android phone with a brand new iPhone immediately, can start by buying refurbished/ 2nd hand iPhone.
I wonât be bother to classify. IMHO, if you have new money to deployâŚ
a. Just want to be beat S&P for several years, buy AAPL.
b. Want to multiply many folds, look at other growth stocks, plenty of potentials. Just remember, high rewards come with high risks.

Like the double tap of Apple Watch.
Like the 2nd generation UWB of Apple Watches and iPhone 15s.
Like can capture spatial photos and videos.
Like periscope zoom camera, however, I am not a photographer/ videographer.
No LLM or tons of mention of AI. Just realize Elon Musk copies Appleâs idea of using neural engine which TSLA cultists lauded as brilliant⌠what can I say.
AAPL traded inlined with the marketâŚ
Blame EU.
Anyhoo, you donât have USB-C cables? I have tons of them.
Also have tons of power chargers that connect with USB-C.
I donât need any conversion cable.
