It is mentioned in the article, installation and servicing will be a key at least for me. I could care less about pricing really if no one can install/replace the refrigerator at a rental. I don’t have time…I am here blogging away…:grinning:

What, movies and tv shows now??? What doesn’t Amazon do???

#145

Hiring more troops, err employees…

#146

Big boys are hiring tons of demand fulfillment employees.

#147

That’s why I say that they’re taking over the world.

Scary…Dr Evil!!!

#150

Wow, and I remember when Amazon was just a book company worth only $6 billion

Can’t comment on their new shows but a few months back I did the Prime trial and didn’t like any of their shows. Their movie offerings are pathetic.

Hey @RealEstatebull,

How about Stockton???

#158

The thing with going that far out is when economy goes south they take pretty bad hit. Heck why not Vallejo where you can buy a sfh with yard for 350. Same reason.

#159

Stockton is the warehouse for the BA…good long term bet…

#160

For sure, but this is big bad Amazon we are talking about. Bezos never loses. Never!!!
