Coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 Covid-19

  • Authorities advise people to stay 1-2 metres apart, but researchers found that a bus passenger infected fellow travellers sitting 4.5 metres away
  • The scientists behind the research said their investigation also highlighted the importance of wearing face masks because of the length of time it can linger

:scream:

What about riders of the NYC subway…

So much for advocating public transportation. In Eldorado County we don’t let anyone within pistol range. 25 feet. I prefer rifle distance, 200 yards.

It can stay in the air longer time. All shopping places, such as costco, it can be in the air…

Outside open air rain removes all virus easily…Rain is good…

Note: In terms of half-life, the research team found that it takes about 66 minutes for half the virus particles to lose function if they are in an aerosol droplet.

Cancel all public transportation projects, divert the money to subsidize cars! ofc, not TSLA. Subsidize purchase of Chrysler, GM, Ford.

I saw someone predicting suburbs will get more popular afterwards. Walking score is out. Social distancing is in.

Maybe hilly areas will see a rebound in interests.

HSR will now be called the death train. Choo Choo Train was too cute.

I am definitely happy in the farm. Self sufficient. Can grow my own food

We need at least 200 miles of additional 8 lane highways to really make mobility easy in bay area. Hatred against cars and parking must be fought. All Gas taxes for creation of highways and interchanges.

That would be brute force. WFH, use FaceTime, iMessage, Mail and iCloud.
Create self-sufficient satellite towns.

Freeways and Information superhighways can coexist. I see no conflict. Unless you want to convert existing freeways into a giant linear parking lot.

went to office to pick up some stuff today. Traffic I’m suprised there’s actually a lot of cars in 101, no traffic jam, but there’s car
on my way back, drop by millbrae safeway. a lot of people. NO SOCIAL DISTANCE, maybe 2 body apart. less than 5% wearing masks. The cashier was leaning toward old lady very close to hand her the change, if he’s infected, he just killed her.

Noticed that Costco has self checkouts now. No hiring there I guess. Still no rice and toilet paper though despite limit 1 per membership.

No rice? Which Costco? 1 week back there were plenty in Fremont Costco.

Michigan is catching up fast. Could be the next New Jersey. Did San Diego and Sac really have zero new case today?

South San Francisco.

There’s definitely something fishy going on with the tests done in California.

These are Screamer-in-Chief’s screenshots from yesterday:

The 12,100 pending for California never moved.

Good catch. Maybe they are burning them alive?

:scream:

After they broadcast that magical ZERO number to the world with great fanfare, no local official will dare be the first guy to ruin that perfect statistic. So even if they were indeed mostly successful in fighting the first wave of corona, the Chinese may repeat the same mistake of ignoring early warning signs and see a second Chernobyl blow up.

Obviously.

You need to monitor financial health of your neighbors. Don’t be the rich man amongst the poor.
