Daly City Rocking The Overbids

It’s actually in that area that I was considering a private sale early on. Proximity to BART and shopping was a plus, but we wanted slightly better weather.

Just looking at this house couple of days back. It has 2BR in-law unit but it is on busy road. I think that probably is the new high for that area as well.

That part of Daly City is really foggy.

Yea, and some airplane noise. And yet 1.35M.

if prop 10 passes, maybe all these sf owner will sold their property and buy in DC/SSF

Is this house main unit and in-law unit or is it actually duplex?

3 story are rare in 94015, right?

Should be a duplex since it’s zoned for RH-2.

Bought it with 1M: https://www.redfin.com/CA/Daly-City/251-Buena-Vista-Ave-94015/home/577576 then listed in 6 days with 975K. I think market price might be 1.1M - 1.2M. What do you think?

Wait, what am I missing? I don’t see any remodeling done. Why would anyone want to pay that when they could have a better conditioned home in another spot in DC?

1M for that condition is a good price (and I think it is a decent DC area after Westlake)
but expecting to make money without doing anything is interesting strategy. Market will decide.

i think a lot of people are fleeing from SF to DC/San mateo county. they had enough of shit on street in sf

It’s very close to the hospital so I don’t know how Asian buyers would feel about that.

Nothing new been going on since WW2

Spooky house got sold for $1.01M :scream_cat:

Flipper must have regretted the purchase…spooky house back on market after two weeks asking $85K more:
