Also, please remember it’s not only the quality, but the quantity as well. How much is “some”? If it’s only pocket change, then wouldn’t make much of a difference. I’d say put in at least 50% of your net worth and no less.

How much fun is it when you are constrained by a day job due to a shortage of money and having to juggle your cash to make ends meet. And this is all due to a lack of understanding of investment principles and a failure to take the correct action even after being pointed the right path. 
Well my track record for TSLA did go wrong.
I would have made had enough money off TSLA to payoff two mortgages if I did not sell off my TSLA investments 2 years back.
Having said that I don’t expect TSLA to get the same returns going forward as the last 2 years. I could be wrong though.
Can you think of a better investment than TSLA? If not, put all your money into it. Otherwise, put all your money into the investment which you think is better.
