My boss told me he used to work on a team where a guy couldnāt influence his boss on the products they should carry for that segment. He got so frustrated he started his own business selling items his boss rejected as FBA. It didnt take long before he quit his job, becuase he was making way more money selling items FBA. Iām not sure what happened to the boss who clearly wasnāt that good at decision making.

aapl is solid. Cash cow never fails to impress. Iām laughing all the way to the bank every time they deliver those fat dividendsā¦
Who else laugh? Austin laughs because I spent those dividends buying rental SFHs there. I guess you donāt feel the need to diversify yet, for me, too exposed to SFBA (Primary, 1 rental, AAPLs), so put some in Austin seems like a good idea, of course, retaining my ex-primary in Singapore for post-retirement.
P/S of 3.99 is fairly reasonable.
