pretty sure these guys don’t have workman’s insurance also? so anything bad happens who gets the bill? homeowner or contractor?

The contractor does have workers comp but I don’t doubt it’s for everyone there. I worked with them many times before, if that makes it any better

89 sfhs for sale in South Lake Tahoe. 4 homes for sale in the Keys. Stating at $2.8m. 4 condos for sale in 96150. Lowest inventory ever. I bet there are very few houses for sale in Incline. It is one fifth the size of South Lake Tahoe. Zillow says 41 sfhs for sale in Incline. Mostly $3m and above.
I bet most aren’t really for sale. Just wish prices above market hoping for a over value offer from an uneducated buyer.
