Someone was trying to convince new generation of CA wants to live in 300sq feet efficiency homes, not Single Family Homes.

pretty sure these guys don’t have workman’s insurance also? so anything bad happens who gets the bill? homeowner or contractor?

If you see me stop posting then I probably went bankrupt  .

The contractor does have workers comp but I don’t doubt it’s for everyone there. I worked with them many times before, if that makes it any better :man_shrugging:t2:

.

 Actually many young SV engineers are staying in less than those sort of sq ft.

Yep those tents on streets :upside_down_face:

Bay Area is becoming like Hong Kong. Actually, it’s inevitable…

Out of power from moving those 10 rolls. :skull:

Need to work out more

Is this a flip or rental?

Just rental. Don’t flip

At least the harnesses are on today. So hard to get the guys to use PPE…

Oh no! Is why @manch runs to SF… back to HK?

Comparing SF with HK really shows one’s ignorance. Buy a plane ticket and go check out for yourself.

89 sfhs for sale in South Lake Tahoe. 4 homes for sale in the Keys. Stating at $2.8m. 4 condos for sale in 96150. Lowest inventory ever. I bet there are very few houses for sale in Incline. It is one fifth the size of South Lake Tahoe. Zillow says 41 sfhs for sale in Incline. Mostly $3m and above.
I bet most aren’t really for sale. Just wish prices above market hoping for a over value offer from an uneducated buyer.

Crazy low inventory of existing SFHs in RBA :scream:

Sunnyvale 94086: 3 homes
Sunnyvale 94087: 3 homes
Mountain View 94040: 1 home
Cupertino 95014: 4 homes (of which 2 are basically 800 sq ft run down shacks on land in the hills)

Is Sunnyvale at 4M yet? PA people are not amused it seems…
