Nice, you are the guy snatch that one up. I was watching that one and thought it was a good value when they lowered the price. Looks great, best of luck!

Looks great. Curious why you didn’t go with higher ceilings?

So generous of these Nazi political assholes giving away landlords money sweat and equity. Time to fight back. Evict all politicians.

I sent you a pm

I didn’t get your pm. But I noticed it is a remodel. Not a new build. I get why there are 8’ ceilings.

Very nice ! And you did it really quick :+1::+1::rocket:

I wonder how this will change office space though. Amazon is entirely desks jammed as tight together as possible. If part of re-opening is employees being 6 ft apart, then they’d need 3-4x more office space. Many companies have gone to the open layout where employees are jammed together. That could be a thing of the past. Companies would need much more space or a portion of people would have to WFH.

We’ve already been told that when the office re-opens we won’t all be going back right away. We will have to maintain distancing rules.

Broadcom is asking their employees to come back starting next friday. They are planning to have them be at work at 25% each week, rest WFH till shelter in place order is fully removed (so 1 out of 4 will be at work for a week and they rotate). Not sure how the 25% thing can be even implemented or what’s the point (if everyone else is home. What’s the difference other then causing pain for people with kids at home)
