I think it’s bad form to buy stock of a company you’re supposed to regulate.

The CDC doesn’t regulate any businesses but smoking is one of the leading causes of death and illness so it is bad form.

Hmm, I can’t imagine why none of the “reliable” news networks of CNN, ABC, CBS, or NBC are in a hurry to put the full text of the FISA memo on their websites. It seems plenty of other places are making the full text available.
