I renewed most at 10%.
I am having so much trouble with one out of state one. I am kicking myself for not going with section 8 for that one because the current tenant is delinquent and is stalling for time. All this trouble would not have occured with a section 8.

Good news for sellers only. Not good for investors like me. Buy high but hard to rent… I make a mistake of investing in an upcoming neighborhood and didn’t realize many investors think likewise… outbidded the other investors and end up hard to rent out the house because suddenly so many rentals on the market… wasn’t many rentals when I was monitoring it.

One house hard to rent out of your many many houses is nothing.
