SF will always be a tourist town. People come and go.

Uh, Janet, bring a jacket… would hate to see another wardrobe malfunction and subject one of your boobs to possible frostbite from the frozen tundra that is the Sunset…

Cha-ching, Fab 7x7 owners!!!

NFW. I do not believe this at all. Not with the number of young millenials here paying $$$$$ in rent money.

San Jose metro is the savviest. SF metro comes second. New York number 3. Rest of the country is not as financially savvy.

As expected for a world class city…

Hey Beyonce, maybe after we head on over to the Sunset for some chicken wings…

Psst, you want to buy some primo Fab 7x7 land???

Add this to the list…

.

Hardly. When I was staying in Australia, stay near a sailing dock, didn’t bother. In Singapore, plenty of sailing clubs, didn’t bother. Actually I don’t even bother to go to the beaches. Nor did I bother to do hiking or bush-walking.

Just as many who dress up in tuxes to go see an orchestra.

The point was…simply that this was another positive reason for people to go to the Fab 7x7 for some event. I got married at the St Francis Yacht Club, so I do appreciate sailing by the way.
