Yes, it is. I would love to see pics of the inside and of the views. Come on, today in the Sunset is gorgeous. As I am typing now, I can look outside my window and see partial ocean views and bright blue sky. If you have an open house today in the Sunset, you will kill it!!!

Ok, 280K over asking for remodeled, but close to the beach Sunset home. Nearly $800/ft at $1.4M!!!

Another solidly Central Sunset remodeled but small home. A half block to Judah train, so good/bad depending who you ask. Goes for $944/sq ft at $1.4M!!! Again strong pricing!!!

Second home is better than first home location wise. First home better updated than the second. Is that why both sold for the same price? :slight_smile:

First home is one block away from my cousin’s house. My cousin’s home has the L track right in front and this home is 2 houses away from the track but at least the track is not right in front of it. My cousin is the one who benefited from the big inheritance given by my late uncle who was that very miserly person I had wrote about before.

I am just focusing more on the pricing. $1.4M for 2./1.5 Central Sunset home is strong pricing. Not so sure about a palm tree sticking out of your yard though. Will it survive the frozen tundra that is the Sunset? Again, a half block from the train so you shouldn’t feel it from there but you may hear it. The other one is so close to the Beach, yet again strong pricing for what it is. Agreed, that inner Sunset art deco one was a steal compared to these…
