Shot for no apparent reason. A 14 year veteran with high level security clearance.
One thing I think we can all agree upon, 19 years after 9/11. Nineteen years of taking off our shoes every time we go to the airport. At the end of the day our security SUCKS.
Cramer said he would go against the prevailing wisdom and buy tech stocks that are down instead of chasing oil stocks or banking stocks. “Crude oil inventory just fell 8 million barrels and that is going to spur more buying in oil. We’ve got huge buying in the infrastructure stocks. We’ve got a gigantic sell of all tech. I think you’re looking for tech stocks to buy and they’re finally coming in. So you can’t just sit there and be like I’m going to chase the oils and the banks. You’ve got to buy what is down. I want to be the opposite of what people are doing this very moment.”
that is what I did today, Bought some more Unity and Shopify (LT holds). They are already $$ but I think they will grow. Both are platforms. Unity - not only will they do gaming, but the future of shopping, and work (especially industrial work like utility linemen, and other “dangerous” work) will be done via AR/VR (augmented reality/Virtual reality). They will get a piece of that pie.
Trump is a toddler, the adults in the room are finally annoyed enough to put him timeout. It wasn’t a coup as much as it was a tantrum; hopefully the people who can will put him in timeout in the corner and we can all go getting back to normal.
Yeah, I remember all the liberals condemning that in 2016. Liberals have been escalating the protesting for the last 12 years. The politicians have been enabling it by ordering police to stand down and letting the chaos happen.
Anyone who’s been paying attention the last 12 years knew at some point the other side would decide to protest. I guess democrats are surprised people protest for reasons other than to loot stores. People are actually fed up with the government. It’s interesting that Congress feels differently about protesting when they are the target and not home owners and business owners.
yes, good article: “Today, Fortune and Global 500 companies in industries such as architecture, engineering, construction, automotive, transportation, manufacturing, film, television, and retail are using Unity across many new use cases, including automobile and building design, online and augmented reality product configurators, autonomous driving simulation, and augmented reality workplace safety training. These new forms of content are emerging parts of our business and represent a significant opportunity for growth”
this is going to be a huge market. Meaning even if they get a small piece, still $$.
