IMO, Market is temporarily volatile until Dec 31, 2018. This may change suddenly.
If FED not increasing rate hike on Dec 18-19 mtg, market will sure turn upside after Dec 31, 2018 (more confident). In addition Dec. 21 is shutdown vote, by all means this will pass on Dec. 21.
If they increase rate hike, better to get out of market.
