You Want Excellent Chinese Food, Manch?

#745

My favorite seafood is still steamed fish. Something simple like a 1lb yellow croaker will do :tropical_fish:

#746

I guess I should be admitted too…

Lobster is frankly OVERRATED!!! I would take dungeness crab over lobster any day…

#747

I prefer lobster instead. There’s much more labor involved in crabs.

#748

Really? Clean, steam the crab and break apart/crack and and eat. I prefer the old standard oil, ginger and salt dip sauce. No heavy sauce to mask the flavor of the crab meat which I love.

#749

Damn Chinese!!! :grinning:

#750

Hey, @aalj, something for you to nibble on…

#751

Anyone tried this Szechuan restaurant in Cupertino? Is it authentic?

#752

#753

Err… I am not a dog person…

#754

That links to a place in Kansas. Suspect it’s a joke.

#755

Crawfish? No thanks.

#756

What’s wrong with crawfish? Mainland people are CRAZY about them.

#757

OMG you didn’t get the note on crawfish??? Do not eat crawfish, DO NOT.

Crawfish = :poop:

#759

Good that I am not into seafood.

But crawfish is just the bonus promotion in that Szechuan restaurant. How are the other dishes?

#760

Don’t like Szechuan cuisine, especially those boiled dishes. Too watery and it ain’t soup or hot pot.

#761

Sounds like you are hardcore Cantonese…

#762

Name one cuisine you can eat everyday. Cantonese for me…

#763

Indian.

#764

Yes, I too can eat Cantonese everyday. That’s probably the only cuisine I can eat everyday and maybe Japanese.
