Lobster is frankly OVERRATED!!! I would take dungeness crab over lobster any day…
I prefer lobster instead. There’s much more labor involved in crabs.
Really? Clean, steam the crab and break apart/crack and and eat. I prefer the old standard oil, ginger and salt dip sauce. No heavy sauce to mask the flavor of the crab meat which I love.

Don’t like Szechuan cuisine, especially those boiled dishes. Too watery and it ain’t soup or hot pot.
