Sometimes my situation is similar to @hanera finds himself in about my comments. I do not understand what the conversation is about are what point is being made.

Germans follow the rules, Italians donāt. Drive in both countries and you will see the difference. The death rate all comes down the the health system. The Germans have a vastly superior system. Hopefully we do too. The self quarantine plan is designed to save our health care system. If it gets overwhelmed like in Italy then everyone is at risk. Nobody will have access to acute care. Not for car accidents, heart attacks, strokeā¦ hopefully we can get past this soon. Meanwhile many hospitals like Mills are empty with no revenue.

Prelim conclusion there is a trend that a cluster wonāt grown larger than 60,000 cases regardless of what you do. Wuhan asymptotic to 60,000. Lombardy is doing that too. So NYC could be likewise. Hence so long the healthcare infrastructure in the cluster area can manage 60,000 cases, it wonāt breakdown.

True. You do not calm down people by making absurd claims and creating an atmosphere of hysteria and gloom. May be you are right too in you fear. But, the problem are the people who see this crisis as an opportunity to resolve their political wishes.
