That is a great idea, but in this local hot expensive Bay Area market, I think springing for nice, real home staging is well worth the cost. Buyers here are coming out and seeing/touching the properties. With great staging, you hopefully get the buyers’ juices flowing that it ends up with multiple competing offers well over asking price!!! Woohoo!!!
